Our Story

Greg Hunter, the founder of Constructive Constructions, started his career subcontracting to various respected builders throughout the Eastern suburbs and the inner city of Sydney as a Carpenter and Joiner.

Eventually, He became a qualified builder himself, Greg continued the tradition of constructing prestigious homes and carrying out quality renovations, extensions, rebuilds, outdoor pergolas and decks along with some large commercial fit outs.

Greg established Constructive Constructions in 1985, where the company began building some of Sydney’s most prized homes and the company has grown experientially from many client recommendations.

Greg now has a partner Wilson Hale who has been with him from the start of his apprenticeship and works closely with Greg and their clients.

Greg and his team are in constant high demand and work for a number of architects in Sydney, for which they’ve received a number of elite recognitions .

Our Partner

Constructive Constructions works closely with our partner Sensate Interiors who is one of Sydney’s leading Interior Designer and property stylists. Throughout our projects, Director Joanne Rejc works closely with our clients and our construction team to ensure our clients can build their dream home inside and out.

In early 2013, my Wife and I engaged the services of Greg Hunter and his team at Constructive Constructions to preform a knock-down rebuild/major renovation in Double Bay.
We interviewed a number of builders for our project and inspect previous work from all the applicants.
